New Location: Black Rose Pub Quiz Starts June 10th!!
The Quizmaster is delighted to announce that we'll be quizzing Milwaukeeans at the East Side's newest Irish Pub: The Black Rose.
The quiz is slated to kick off on Wednesday June 10th, 2009 at 9 p.m. and will take place every Wednesday night.
The Black Rose, 2856 N Oakland Avenue, was previously one-half of Oakland Trattoria but now is a healthy, cozy Irish pub, situated near the campus of the University of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Christopher Tinker, Quizmaster at the Black Rose's downtown Irish counterpart, Trinity Three Irish Pubs, has been selected as the Quizmaster for the upcoming quiz at Milwaukee's newest Irish Pub.
We can't wait!!

No Quiz at Britinn this Week: Video and Pictures of Fire...
Due to a fire that engulfed the Britinn, 4473 N Oakland Avenue, early Tuesday morning, there will be no quiz at the Shorewood tavern this Wednesday May 27th, 2009. The status of the Britinn's condition is yet unknown, but we will coordinate with the management at the pub to let you know if and when the bar will reopen to the public. The Britinn's current trivia league will be put on hold until that time.
For those who still wish to play trivia we invite you to visit Fanatics Sports Central on Wednesday night's at 7 p.m., which is located in Milwaukee's Historic Third Ward. Otherwise teams can select a location from Monday or Tuesday night's to play with the Quizmaster, until the Britinn quiz resurfaces.

May 26th, 2009 Fire:
Severe fire damage at the rear of the Britinn caused early Tuesday
morning. The cause of the fire is currently unknown.
